What People Are Saying

“Since I was aware I had a body I have hated and hidden my body. I’ve been on a journey to reclaim it. This was about the right to exist and be seen. This isn’t just about beautiful photos, though it is: it’s about seeing your own power and being in your body and claiming your space in this world. It’s worth every penny and more.”

-Holly Whitaker, Author “Quit Like a Woman” & Founder of Tempest and Hip Sobriety. @holly

“Holy Shit that’s my favorite photo ever!”

-Chelsea Diane, Poet, Author

“To be frank? There are no words that truly do the magic of Catherine's work justice. To say she sees people in all their beauty is like saying the moon moves the sea. Catherine's work is transcendent. She's an artist. Not a portrait photographer. Her mission is to see your essence, and to capture it in all of it's beauty. For two years I've trusted her with my voice and my soul in her lens, and those two years have turned my business into the one I see today. She sees me, and in seeing me, I see myself. All of me. All of the potential, the joy, the movement, the raw energy. She's a soul alchemist. Her medium is photography. Hire her. You will not be disappointed. - M.

I work with a limited number of women each month.
If you feel the call, reach out.

At 18, newly sober from meth addiction, I picked up a camera and turned my pain into visual poetry. It saved my life.

Three decades later, my work is rooted in creative expression, Toltec wisdom, somatic practice, and a lifetime of seeing what isn’t said—what lives beyond appearances. When I look through the lens, I’m not looking for an image. I’m listening for truth. I’m witnessing Source looking back at me.

I don’t photograph people to make them look good. (although that happens)

I photograph them to help them remember who they are.

This isn’t performance or posing.
It’s ceremony.

Women leave these sessions with more than photographs.
They leave loving and trusting themselves—no matter fucking what.
