These are things on high rotation in my daily life that I highly recommend for optimizing your life while making your photos!
I’ve been suffering for years with symptoms related to Lupus. I also had god awful digestive issues, heartburn, back pain that was just getting worse and worse. I’ve tried may different diet changes, medications, etc… and have a new protocol that is actually working miraculously for me. Everyone is different so I cannot tell you whether my food plan will work for you. This is just what works for me. I’ve been on an elimination diet for over 2 months now and may of my symptoms vanished in 1 day. Several others vanished in 2 weeks. I’m literally floored by the way food can effect us. I will share more about my specific food plan after I’ve been doing this for a bit longer. But for now I want you to have some links to the basics I’ve incorporated in daily on top of the food plan. I recommend them. I don’t know how they will help you or if they will help you without changing the diet along with it. But it certainly can’t hurt.
LMNTin my water every day. It’s so good. I love the Watermelon flavor. I put one pack in a 1 liter bottle of water. It adds the electrolytes I need to stay hydrated. If you use the link you’ll receive a free sample pack of flavors with your purchase. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel and now I can drink more water every day because it’s delicious. I try to get in 2-3 liters a day. And I use 1 packet in the first bottle to get me going.
Prime Protein Powder. I froth this up in my Nutri Bullet with Unsweetened Coconut Milk from Trader Joes every morning. You won’t believe it when you read the ingredients. Just 3 things. My Protein intake is at an all time high and this protein powder makes it even easier to increase the amount.
Vital Proteins Collagen Powder. I add a scoop of this into my Protein shake in the morning. My nails used to be thin and peel down the center. Not any more. I don’t know if this powder helps or not. But It isn’t hurting.

One Sketch a Day JournalI bring this with me everywhere. Why not take a photo a day and draw a sketch a day and write a gratitude list every day. 5 minutes each? Ok I do not do this daily. But I do bring it with me everywhere I go and when I use it I am not mad about it ever. I brought it on a first date once and we drew together. How sweet is that.
PrismaColor PencilsI took a handful of these pencils with me on that first date. How cute am I. But really. I love these pencils. I use them in my mixed media art all the time.
